Terms and conditions
1—  Course fees must be paid by cheque and made payable to Impress Communication. You will be sent an invoice once we have received your request for a place on the course.
2—  The course fee is VAT exempt so there is no need to add VAT at 17.5%.
3—  Bookings can only be cancelled in writing by post or email.
4—  Cancellations within 10 working days of the training start date will be charged the full course fee. Cancellations within 11 – 20 working days of the training start date will be charged 50% of the course fee. Cancellations within 21 – 30 working days of the training start date will be charged 25% of the course fee. Cancellations more than 30 working days in advance of the course will incur no charge.
5—  Classes are subject to a minimum number of delegates. Impress Communication reserves the right to alter the advertised schedule of courses, which may include the cancellation of a course. Where Impress Communication cancels a course, individuals with confirmed bookings on that course will be offered alternative dates. If none can be provided then a full refund will be given.
6—  Impress Communication reserves the right to refuse any bookings.
7—  Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect your contact details, which you supply at the time of ordering or requesting information, and we never pass these on to a third party. 8—  Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, offer acceptance, invoice or other document or information issued by Impress Communication will be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Impress Communication.
9—  We accept no liability for injury or accident however caused whilst you are in attendance at our training course.
